Rich Griset is a reporter and copywriter living in London. His reporting has appeared in The New York Times, The Washington Post, Los Angeles Times, Fortune and Love + Radio.

His journalism has received 35 commendations from the Virginia Press Association, including an investigative reporting first place award for his coverage of U.S. Immigration and Customs Enforcement in Central Virginia. His business reporting received a national silver place award for best body of work by a single journalist from The Alliance of Area Business Publishers. Griset previously served as a staff reporter at the Chesterfield Observer in Chesterfield County, Virginia, and deputy editor at Virginia Business magazine.

He was also previously the senior copywriter and content manager for Stauer, a multi-million dollar watch and jewelry company. He has expertise in retail, direct marketing, jewelry and watches. He has also written copy for McDonald's and Performance Food Group.

Griset holds a bachelor's degree in Mass Communications from Virginia Commonwealth University. He is currently attending the Erasmus Mundus journalism master’s program at City St George's, University of London.
